From the A14 (from Felixstowe or the Orwell Bridge)

• Exit at junction 58 (Seven Hills) and at the roundabout take the A12 towards Woodbridge and Lowestoft
• Go straight at the next 3 roundabouts (Foxhall, B.T. and Tescos)
• At the Park and Ride roundabout take the exit towards Martlesham and Little Bealings
• Black Tiles is about 100m on the left - turn left into Black Tiles lane for the car park

From Ipswich

• Either join the A14 and follow the instructions above or
• Head East on the A1214 (Woodbridge Road) through Rushmere St Andrew and continue on the A1214 (now Main Road) through Kesgrave
• Follow directions 3 and 4 above 

From Woodbridge or the A12

• Head south on the A12 towards Ipswich
• Follow directions 3 and 4 above
